Returns or Replacement Policy

Here are the important pointers for your reference:

  1. We don’t accept returns in case of customer just don’t like the product.
  2. It is mandatory to make a video which starts from unpacking/unboxing the parcel and the box inside so that details related to the incorrect or damaged product you wish to return or replace can be captured easily without any hassles. As part of this policy, we do not entertain any requests of return or replacement in case the complete video is not shared with us.
  3. Customer must ensure that the product should not be prone to any physical damage, with original packaging and all the required accessories intact.
  4. Please Note: Returns are subject to approvals only*.

Note: There is no return policy applicable for electronic products (like humidifiers, usb dock stations etc), Gold Finished Cases & Screen Protectors . You can get them replaced in case of any defect or damage.

Refund Policy

The company offers full refunds to its customers in the event of the following two conditions, without any exceptions:

  • When the order is prepaid and lost in transit. The same order must be marked as “lost” by the shipping company while the company tracks the order’s status.
  • When a prepaid order is not delivered within 15 working days of order placed due to non-serviceable Pincode or a natural calamity. The shipping company updates the same status in the tracking status of the order.

Order Cancellation Policy

We provide complete refund of your order if it is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You can get in touch with us by raising a support ticket from Contact Us page or email us at in case you have made up your mind to cancel the order. We do not provide any order cancellation once the order is shipped from our end. The customer will have to bear the shipping fee in case of order cancellation.
