Returns or Replacement Policy
Below are important pointer for our return/replacement policy. Please read carefully before placing your order. Customers can reach out to us at 9999 322 567 (WhatsApp Only).
Here are the important pointers for your reference:
- Customer can return or exchange the defective/damaged product within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- ₹300 will be deducted from total amount paid
- Rest amount will be credited as dealonation store credit which you can use for future purchase from our store only, and that will only be applicable if the product we sent is received in same condition.
- Customer needs to send the product back to our facility.
- Please Note: this will only valid on unused products with non damaged packaging
- It is mandatory to make a video which starts from unpacking/unboxing the parcel and the box inside so that details related to the product you wish to return or replace can be captured easily without any hassles. As part of this policy, we do not entertain any requests of return or replacement in case the complete video is not shared with us.
- Customer must ensure that the product should not be prone to any physical damage, with original packaging and all the required accessories intact.
- Please Note: Returns are subject to approvals only*.
Note: There is no return policy applicable for electronic products (like humidifiers, usb dock stations etc), Gold Finished Cases & Screen Protectors . You can get them replaced in case of any defect or damage.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and investigated, we will send you an email notification that we have received your item you wish to return. We will also keep you informed about the status of your refund once we have analysed it at our end. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided as Dealonation Store Credit. You will be eligible to buy another product for the same price or more. The amount will be credited back as Dealonation store credit.
In case of returning the products, COD/Shipping charges won’t be credited back. These are non-refundable
Please Note Again: Product should be un-used and on its original condition, with non damaged packaging.
Order Cancellation Policy
We provide complete refund of your order if it is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You can get in touch with us by raising a support ticket from Contact Us page or email us at support@dealonation.in in case you have made up your mind to cancel the order. We do not provide any order cancellation once the order is shipped from our end. The customer will have to bear the shipping fee in case of order cancellation.
Delivery Policy
All of our products are shipped and delivered with utmost precision and perfection. We do not compromise with our quality standards hence we do not believe in the policy of open delivery. We advice all our customers not to indulge in any fights with delivery boys delivering products at your doorstep.
